CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
At HEMVI, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for our premium home and bathroom textiles. Please read our cancellation rules carefully before placing an order.
1. PREPAID ORDERS CANCELLATION
12-Hour Cancellation Window: You can cancel a prepaid order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been dispatched or handed over to our courier partners.
No Cash/Bank Refunds: In line with our strict company policy, we do not offer cash or bank refunds upon cancellation. Instead, a Store Ticket / Credit Voucher of the exact order value will be issued to your registered email/phone. You can use this store ticket to purchase any other item from our website at any time.
Post-Dispatch Policy: Once an order is shipped from our facility in Mumbai, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
2. CUSTOMIZED & SPECIAL ORDERS
Strict No-Cancellation: If you place an order for customized, personalized, bulk, or made-to-order products (such as specific fabric sizes or curated custom sets), the order cannot be canceled, changed, or modified once placed. Production and sourcing for custom orders begin immediately, making them ineligible for cancellation or store credit.
3. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS POLICY
We take Cash on Delivery orders very seriously to avoid logistical losses.
Multi-Step Verification Process: Once you place a COD order, our customer support team will contact you 2 to 3 times via Phone Call, WhatsApp, or SMS to verify your address and confirm your intent to purchase. Your order will only be packed and shipped after successful verbal or text confirmation.
No On-Door Cancellations: Once a COD order is verified by you and dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
Consequences of Refusal: If a customer refuses or rejects a confirmed COD order at their doorstep, it results in a double shipping loss for us. In such cases:
The customer's address and contact details will be permanently blacklisted from using the COD option on our website in the future.
We reserve the right to take appropriate action to recover logistical costs or restrict future access to our services.
