Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

We are currently shipping orders all across India.

Order Processing & Dispatch: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business working days. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery Timeframe: We aim to deliver your order within 7 to 14 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on how remote your delivery location is.

Shipping Charges

Orders of ₹2,000 and above: Standard shipping is absolutely FREE.

Orders below ₹2,000: A standard shipping charge of ₹150 to ₹200 will be applicable at checkout.

International Shipping (Outside India)

Currently, we do not support automated international shipping directly through our website. However, if you want us to ship outside of India, we can arrange it for you! Please contact us directly at official.hemvi@gmail.com, and we will share the separate, location-based shipping charges with you.
